Apitherapy is not a new word and neither is a recent practise. For centuries, even milleniums, man has known and used the Healing virtues of the products of the honey beehive’s products and the plants. Since then, Apitherapy has developed, of course. The properties of each of the products have been thoroughly examined through scientifi analyses. They confirmed what old masters had proposed from intuition and experience.

The concentrations of vitamins, oligoéléments, minerals salts, enzymes, protides, glucides, lipids… have been carefully assessed and this has led to the understanding of the mechanisms of the different therapeutic actions.

Active substances selected
The different propolis used by api-ar are chosen for their specific properties. An appropriate treatment respecting their natural qualities enables a concentration of their active substances that is up to 20 times greater than that of natural propolis. The essential oils are standardised, chemotyped and guaranteed of organic origin.

A rigorous scientific procedure
The api-ar range is the result of seven years of research and development led by an international team. The numerous scientific works on which they relied were confirmed by pre-clinical in vitro and in vivo checks performed in universitary laboratories. Clinical applications in a hospital environment guaranteed the non-toxic and immunostimulant qualities of our products. Api-ar produces them in factories that meet European pharmaceutical standards (GMP). Used alone or in combination whith classic thérapies, they have proved to be highly effective.

Capsules
For their manufacture, extracts of propolis and essential oils are mixed with lecithin and GM-free soybean oil, as well as with white bees’ wax. In addition to their nutritional properties, these vitamin-rich components potentiate the taking up of active substances by the organism.


Syrups
Of exceptionally high quality, the monofloral acacia honey is the only base product used in their production. The acacia honey reinforces the intrinsic action of the active substances (extracts of propolis and essentials oils) it conveys in perfect synergy with its own virtues.

Creams
These are developed in compliance with the specifications relating to beauty products established by COSMEBIO. Possessing a very high nutritional value, their strong penetrative power allows for excellent absorption of active substances (extracts of propolis and essentials oils) at the heart of the skin. The richness of their components in vitamins and essential fatty acids is perfectly adapted to the regenerating power of the skin.

Drops
These are developed from fresh hyper-allergenic pollen elixirs gathered by bees, rigorously selected for their specific properties, and contain the quintessential nature of this product indispensable to the life of the beehive and of its inhabitants. These drops are subtle extracts intended to react on an internal state of hyperreactivity. These dietary supplements are not intended to replace a balanced diet.
